Commercial and industrial demolition, planned and delivered properly
Ademco Solutions carries out commercial demolition across Sydney and the Blue Mountains for builders, developers, property managers and business owners. We are based in Penrith, run our own excavators and manage the job from the first site meeting to a clean, cleared site.
Commercial work runs on deadlines and around neighbours, so we plan the method, traffic and waste before anything comes down. Asbestos and other hazardous materials are identified and removed first, structures are taken down in a controlled sequence, and materials are sorted for recycling wherever possible.

We prepare the demolition method and work in with your certifier or council.

4
Controlled demolition
Structures come down in sequence with dust, noise and traffic managed.
5
Clear and hand over
Waste is sorted and removed and the site is handed back clear and level.
Commercial demolition that keeps the program on track
On a commercial job the demolition is rarely the whole story. There is a builder waiting to start, a lease end date, neighbouring tenants who need to keep trading and a council or certifier who wants to see a method and a plan. The demolition has to fit the program, not the other way round.
Before anything comes down we confirm the scope with you, identify hazardous materials, plan traffic and access, and agree how noise and dust will be managed. Structures are then taken down in a controlled sequence with our own excavators, and materials are separated on site so as much as possible is recycled.
Whether it is a shop fit-out being cleared, a warehouse coming down or a whole site being prepared for redevelopment, you get a fixed, itemised quote and a crew that turns up when it says it will.

Commercial demolition FAQs
Do you work with builders and developers?
Yes. We work with builders, developers, property managers and business owners, fit in with your program and keep you informed at every stage.
Can you demolish while neighbouring businesses stay open?
Yes. We plan the method around neighbours and traffic, manage dust and noise, and stage the work so adjoining businesses can keep trading.
What approvals are needed for commercial demolition?
Commercial demolition in NSW needs a complying development certificate or a development application through council. We prepare what the certifier needs from us and can recommend one if you do not already have one.
Do you handle asbestos and other hazardous materials?
Yes. Older commercial buildings often contain asbestos, and it has to be removed before demolition begins. We handle this as part of the job.
What happens to the demolition waste?
Concrete, brick, steel and timber are separated on site and sent for recycling wherever possible. Anything that cannot be recycled goes to a licensed waste facility.
